Let me explain simply. You may know or may not that Space means Storage device and bandwidth means allocated data transfer capacity on the network. A Storage device is something physical with limited maximum capacity, the same case with Bandwidth.

A Hosting Company simply go through overselling when providing Unlimited hosting package. If you use extra resources "which are shared" from the server that your package resides on, you will be warned and your account will be suspended.

I got an unlimited Package, why on earth would I be warned if I use extra resources ? Why don't I get unlimited resources ?. Simply Because Unlimited Doesn't Exist.
